The holidays are here and with it comes all the HUSTLE AND BUSTLE…aka…STRESS, EXTRA DEMANDS ON YOUR ENERGY AND TIME, FINANCIAL BURDENS AND OVERWHELM. Not to mention that our mental and physical wellbeing can take a hit this time of year as well. This affects how we show up for our loved ones, WORK and any commitments we may have.

We throw our hands up on our health and wellbeing goals with a “will get back to it after the holidays” attitude. We say yes to things we really don’t want to do and many of our boundaries go out the window.

CAN YOU RELATE??

It doesn’t have to be this way! We don’t have to start the new year completely burnt out, unhealthy and exhausted.

When we are in SURVIVAL MODE trying to “get through” the holiday season or a few days off from work, we miss many of the meaningful moments and joy that can be present this time of year!

This is why I created this mini-course to help ALL OF US, me included 🤪 to slow down a bit and be more self-aware of when and where I can PAUSE or adjust my perspective so that I can enjoy this season a bit more. Our to-do lists will still be there, WORK commitments will continue and our plates will be full but we have an opportunity to shift our thinking on how we manage all of it.

I will send 2 emails a week with tips, HACKS, practices and STRATEGIES that will help keep you SANE, more BALANCED and HEALTHIER this holiday season.
