The event will start with a self-care restorative practice followed by a guided workshop that explores the difference between setting a goal and setting an intention. An intention is a guiding principle for how you want to live, be, and show up.
Creating meaningful long-lasting change that aligns with your core values, principles, and personality traits can be tricky. The process of setting intentions creates deep insight into where we want to be and creates a roadmap to get there.
